Timetable & Fees
CBDS offers a selection of dance classes that are held in the studios at Clearview, Adelaide. The CBDS timetable is structured for exposure to a range of dance styles. The alignment of classes is aimed towards convenience, with minimal days of the week, benefiting both students and parents.
Class Information
Classes include a range of syllabi with RAD Ballet, CSTD (Comdance) Theatrical Jazz and Tap and Acro Arts. Performance skills can be developed with competition troupe class and private tuition. Technical skills are enhanced with exam classes which build confidence whilst improving posture, strength and ability.
Competitions
Dance competitions offer an opportunity to develop performance skills and participate in the wider dance community. Our CBDS choreographers create entertaining dance routines tailored to showcase skills and strengths. Competitions offer the opportunity to develop performance skills and the ability to work and collaborate within a team. As an individual soloist, dancers develop confidence and strength as they work towards an elite standard of training. Participation is optional by application / audition.
Performance Opportunities
CBDS continues to build connections in the wider community by participating in a variety of events. These include CanDance, the Adelaide Christmas Pageant, RAD Gala, and more. Students are also invited to The Australian Ballet rehearsal performances and CBDS events, such as the Sleepover and Disco-Dance, which offer a fun environment to foster friendships!
CBDS Merchandise
The Cheryl Bradley Dance Studio is an established community and we are proud of all our dancers. Team presentation is an important part of our culture as we aim to make sure everyone feels included. Offical CBDS merchandise is available for dancers to wear along with the class studio uniform, backstage during the concert, at competitions and other events.
