Dance competitions require a high standard of training and commitment. Dancers need to be passionate and motivated for regular home practise. The participation in ballet class, technique and the specific style of dance (for solos etc) are compulsory for competition registration.

Private Lesson bookings are strictly limited so please expect to attend on a different day or evening to regular classes. This also ensures dancers have the energy and focus required to benefit from private tuition.

The CBDS Competition Coaching Team can provide guidance on genre style for solos (and will ultimately decide when a dancer is ready for competition participation). For Duos and Trios please ensure interest and commitment of all dancers /parents involved before emailing expression of interest.
